Spiritual Bath Ritual Directions

1. Prepare Your Herbal Infusion
Place the herbs into a pot with approximately 4 cups of water. Bring the water to a gentle simmer, as though you were preparing tea. Reduce the heat and allow the herbs to simmer on low for approximately 15 minutes.

2. Strain the Herbs
Remove the pot from the heat and carefully strain the herbal infusion into a separate bowl or heat-safe container. Allow it to cool to a comfortable temperature.

3. Prepare Your Bath
Begin running your bath to your desired temperature and fullness. Take a moment to cleanse yourself before beginning the spiritual portion of your bath.

Create a peaceful space around you. Light your candles, quiet your surroundings, and set your intention for the ritual.

4. Add the Herbal Infusion
Pour the strained herbal infusion into your prepared bath water. As the waters combine, focus on the intention you are bringing into your ritual.

5. Soak & Release
Enter the bath and allow yourself to become still. Relax your body and begin releasing the pain, heaviness, and negative thoughts you no longer wish to carry.

Take a cup and gently pour the bath water over your head, allowing the herbal water to flow over your crown and down your body.

As the water moves over you, envision negativity, emotional heaviness, and stagnant energy being washed away and released from your body.

6. Meditate & Speak Your Heart
Remain in the bath and meditate for as long as you feel called to.

This is your moment to speak from your heart. Release what has hurt you. Say what needs to be said. Acknowledge what you are ready to leave behind and invite peace, healing, love, and renewal into the space you have created.

7. Close Your Ritual
When you feel your ritual is complete, step out of the bath and allow yourself to air dry naturally rather than immediately toweling away the ritual water.

Dress in fresh, clean clothing and allow yourself to rest. Going directly to bed afterward can help preserve the quiet, reflective energy of the ritual.

This is more than a bath. It is a moment of spiritual release—a time to cleanse, surrender, reconnect with yourself, and leave behind what you are no longer meant to carry.

You. Worthy of your own compassion. Worthy of your own forgiveness. Worthy of your own love.

The past has been witnessed. The lesson has been carried. Now, beloved, return to yourself.

Directions:

Steep the botanicals in 4 cups of water over the stove on med heat. Allow it to steep for about 15 mins.
Then strain into a separate bowl. Pour into your prepared bath. You can add milk and fresh roses white or red if preferred. Milk represents purity. And roses for love and passion. Get in the bath. Soak. Reflect on the versions of yourself you have judged too harshly, the choices you wish you could change, and the memories you have carried long after their purpose has passed. Envision yourself moving forward. Forgiving yourself. Letting go of the past. Moving forward. Watch the old energy move anyway from you. What doesn’t belong is no longer there. Release release release. Forgive yourself.
